¿Siempre quisiste ser broker de una oficina?
Laura Palini: La verdad es que nunca soñé ni siquiera emprender. Trabajé 20 años en empresas de servisios multinacionales, siempre en marketing. Tenía un muy buen trabajo como Gerente de Marketing y mi aspiración era ser Directora comercial de la desarrolladora inmobiliaria donde estaba.
¿Contanos cómo fue?
Laura Palini: Conocía a RE/MAX porque estaba en marketing de desarrollos inmobiliarios y me codeaba con las mejores inmobiliarias del país. Veía que la mayoría eran familias, que habían heredado la empresa y la continuaban, en mayor o menor escala. Y que RE/MAX era la más grande y que más abarcaba en todo el país.
Mi marido ya era Martillero y Corredor Público y estaba con ganas de abrir su propia inmobiliaria. Ahí fue cuando le sugerí que nos contactemos con RE/MAX. Bueno, en realidad le dije que seguramente sólo en la oficina que ya tenía en Tortuguitas de 2 x 2 m, no iba a vender nada.
La semana que nosotros estánamos firmando contrato con RE/MAX, nos enteramos que íbamos a ser papás, así que fue como tirarnos a la pileta con todo.
¿Cómo fue el cambio para vos?
Laura Palini: Sin dudas nos cambió la vida. Ese primer año yo iba y venía, seguía con mi trabajo y además con el embarazo. Mi marido; Jorge, llevó adelante toda la primer parte del armado de la oficina. Y al año, me sumé. Para nosotros fue un salto de calidad en nuestras
4 años después, abrimos una segunda oficina, asociados a mi cuñado, en Parque Leloir.
Y esta es la razón por la que nos cambió la vida, no sólo a nivel económico, sino que además publicmos ayudar a cambiar la vida de las personas que más queremos. Sumamos a toda mi familia. Primero a mamá, como Agente Inmobilaria de RE/MAX LIFE, luego a mi cuñado y a mi hermana en la oficina de Parque Laloir y con ellos a mi papá, como Agente Inmobiliario.
¿Contanos por qué le recomendarías a alguien que quiera emprender, hacerlo en RE/MAX?
Laura Palini: Ser emprendedor no es una labor fácil, hacerlo sólo menos. En RE/MAX podés hacerlo con el respaldo de un equipo, networking, una marca, procesos, capacitaciones, todo lo que si estás solo suele costar muchísimo tenerlo.
Dicen que sólo el 8% de las empresas nuevas que se crean llegan al 5to año. Sin dudas, es más fácil hacerlo acompañado que solo.
¿Y por qué hacerlo en RE/MAX LIFE?
Laura Palini: Tenemos la mejor escuela de capacitación, con versiones on line y off line, con módulos de “onboarding” y con módulos de “alto rendimiento”.
Somos un equipo de más de 80 personas entre las dos oficinas.
Somos marido y mujer, dedicados exclusivamente a este negocio y a mejorar el rendimiento de nuestro equipo. No tenemos plan B, no tenemos otra empresa, ni otro trabajo. Nuestra creatividad, esfuerzo, energía, está puesta en este equipo!
